PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
All prices on this website include VAT and first-class postage. We endeavour to keep all prices accurate. If a situation occurs where prices are incorrectly quoted and this affects an order you have placed with us you will be informed of the correct or revised price. You will be able to cancel this part of the order. Your statutory rights are not affected. Due to the speed of sales, availability of featured items cannot be guaranteed.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch on-line, plus we accept Solo in-store. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be sent. Items on backorder are not charged until they are ready to be sent. This is a secure internet site and therefore the payment method is certified and secure, however if you wish to place an order by phone or via post we would be happy to accept that method. If you wish to make a payment by cheque, these should be made payable to 'Apex Sports' Vouchers such as from a race or a Running Shoes London gift vouchers should be posted to us or you can call into the store in person. We do not accept payments by American Express.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been received. A second email will be sent to you to confirm that the goods have been sent.
DELIVERY COSTS
All goods sent by first-class post are sent FREE of charge. If you wish for your goods to be sent by guaranteed next day delivery there is a charge of £5.00 for each pair of shoes and £2.00 for each item of clothing up to a maximum charge of £10. The next day delivery service requires you to order before 3:00pm and does not apply to weekend and public holiday deliveries. Goods must be signed for upon delivery.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return an item to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange the item must be unused, with its original tags intact and with any relevant packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items which have been worn, washed or otherwise used. Again, your statutory rights are not affected.
If you believe that the product you have received from us is faulty then you should return it to us. You should include details of the problem you have encountered along with a copy of the order. We will test and inspect the product and if it is found to be faulty we will either replace the item or provide you with a refund - you have the right to decide which. We will additionally refund the postage costs you have incurred in returning the product to us (this is the cost of signed for first-class post).
For non-faulty goods that you wish to return (this might include goods where you wish to swap for a different size, goods where you wish to swap for a different style and goods you simply wish to return) you should return the goods to us by signed for delivery (these require the orange slips from the Post Office) and include clear details of what you wish us to do. We will inspect the goods and respond accordingly. You will be responsible for these postage costs.
