All orders are sent out by first class post free of charge (UK ONLY)

If we receive your order by 3:00pm (weekdays only) it will be sent out that same day.

We are happy to exchange product (eg to swap for another size) but you will be responsible for the cost of return postage and we will charge you a set fee of £1 for each item of clothing and £4 for each pair of shoes that we send as a replacement.

Goods that are to be returned because they are unsuitable or the wrong size must be unused and in a saleable condition.

If you are returning faulty goods, please send them back to us at the address below. We will either replace them or credit you. You should tell us your preference. These goods should be returned to us in a clean and dry condition. They will be covered by the manufacturers warranty and typically will be inspected by the manufacturer as well as ourselves.

Our policy does not affect your statutory rights.
