CLIF SHOT® Energy Gel provides quick energy to athletes while racing and training. With a new formula and flavours, getting energized between breaths has never been easier. Clif Shot Energy Gel is a great tasting energy gel made from all natural ingredients with no preservatives. Contains performance-enhancing electrolytes, sodium, potassium and magnesium.
The gels combine two carbohydrate sources - maltodextrin and evaporated cane juice - and will deliver energy in 5 minutes or less.
Citrus and Double Expresso gels are caffeinated.
The gels use Clif's 'Litter Leash' system, designed to stop the tops falling off and being left by the side of the road.
