The Adios has a 6.5mm heel-toe drop. The forefoot is low-to- the-ground and very flexible with a bit of grippier rubber for added traction, especially on wet surfaces. The latest version has fewer overlays and a lighter, more open mesh, which allows the shoe to weigh a half ounce less than its predecessor.
